This new University of Massachusetts Amherst poll follows two other polls showing Trump with a 38% Approval also last week…
How LOW can Donald Trump’s approval sink to?
The man IS NOT making MOST American’s happy or confident…

Trump 2.0 IS a failure….
President Trump’s approval rating dipped to a new low, and even fewer people surveyed in a new poll said they support his administration’s war efforts against Iran.
In a University of Massachusetts Amherst poll released Monday, 33 percent of respondents said they approve of the president’s job performance. Of the 62 percent who said they disapprove of his work in office, 53 percent expressed “strong” disapproval.
Exactly 33 percent of the poll’s respondents said they either “somewhat” or “very much” associated themselves with Trump’s Make America Great Again (MAGA) movement, including 77 percent of Republicans and 4 percent of Democrats polled.
Trump previously garnered a 38 percent approval rating last July and 44 percent rating last April in the Amherst survey. The president also posted a 38 percent job approval rating in two separate polls released last week from Quinnipiac University and AP-NORC. A Fox News poll released last week indicated a 41 percent approval rating for the president.
On the issue of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, only 29 percent of respondents in the Amherst poll said they supported Trump’s handling of strikes against Iran. Sixty-three percent disapproved of his job on this issue. …
…
Additionally, respondents in the new poll particularly cited weak job performance from Trump on the issue of inflation. Only 24 percent said they thought the president did a good job on inflation, while 71 percent said he did “not too well” or “not well at all.”…
Nate Silver chimes in on Donald’s polling problems…
Pollster Nate Silver said President Trump has “profound problems” as the president’s job approval rating took a significant hit in recent surveys.
Silver posted a string of posts on the social platform X about the downward trend, after Trump’s average approval rating fell below 40 percent last week…
…
While Silver acknowledged rising fuel prices resulting from the conflict are a “big factor” in the president’s approval ratings, he wrote that there are also “signs of erosion among his base.”
“Only 22% of Americans have a *strongly* favorable view of Trump,” the pollster wrote on X. “2028 aspirants are starting to pull away from him.
One wonders about the effect of his age, too.”
