It guesses a country wide peak on the date Cuomo said a few weeks ago….

Remember…
This IS a guess from incomplete and scattered imputes
But I’m hopeful…
So, it’s going to peak in Illinois on 4/20 in the month and year of 4/20, just months after the state legalized…
