The runaway train that is all things Trump continues down the track sideways….
The guy is a mess….
And just about EVERYTHING he touches turns to shit….
I watched the guy doing his presser with French President Macron last night….
I had to turn the thing off it was so embarrassing….
Here was Macron saying…’yes the agreement with Iran wasn’t the best…but needed…and here was Trump doing what he did in the 2016 debates….Elbowing the guy out and just going on a harangue about how he didn’t give a shit…indicating that he REALLY didn’t listen to the French President’s point and didn’t understand the subtext of the whole picture of the situation….
I kept shaking my head and wondering…..
How could the American political system be so screwed up that this guy could manage to steal a win from the jaws of defeat?
There IS something wrong in how we elect President’s to lead this country…
The Washington Post does a comparison of Bill Clinton, who had a investigation hanging over his head and Donald Trump’s current situation ….Remember though ?….Bill Clinton WAS a seasoned politican…Trump is just a bellicose NYC Real Estate guy dropped into the American Presidency after losing the popular vote…

Conventional wisdom tells us Clinton was simply adept at compartmentalizing the threat he was facing while, at the same time, leading the country. That response is not only overly simplistic but also flat-out wrong.
In reality, the investigation hovered over the White House every minute of every day. It was Clinton’s performance as president, the management of the West Wing and his legal teams that enabled him to prevail over his Republican opponents.
There were three core principles that drove all the words and actions of the president, as well as the administration’s day-to-day operations and decision-making….
