- Russia continues efforts to engrain military-patriotic programming in preschools in occupied Ukraine.
- The first stages of voting in the Russian State Duma elections have concluded in occupied Ukraine as occupation administrators continue to set conditions for a controlled and coerced United Russia victory.
- A prominent Crimean occupation official publicly advocated for using forced military service to punish residents for the perceived expression of pro-Ukrainian views.
