GOOGLE CAVES Google Maps has given in to the Trump administration. They have changed the name of Lake Ontario to now Lake America. But that’s only for users in the US. In Canada users will continue to see Lake Ontario.

Donald Trump has many political problems. The Iran War, persistent inflation, sinking approval ratings, and scant legislative accomplishments.
But his biggest problem might be his commitment to doing stupid shit all of the time. Trump seems incapable of not doing things that worsen his political situation and increase the degree of difficulty for Republicans up and down the ballot….

Apple Joins Google in Renaming Lake Ontario
“Apple has changed the label on Lake Ontario to ‘Lake America,’” Axios reports.
“Apple is the second major digital map provider to make the switch. Google did so over the weekend — at least for those in the United States.”
