   It is really horrifying to see how people on the former Hedgehog Report (which i do not post at) who years ago were anti-Trump or more recently have been critical of Trump in other areas are trying to justify everything that happened. They seem to think that even protesting ICE makes it acceptable for someone to die.

   We are a very divided county in some frightening ways, definitely more so than any time in my life. Many of these people continue to believe that Trump’s polices are very popular and that ICE is appreciated within the country for taking these actions. They think Republicans are going to have a very strong 2026 election.

   Perhaps, they will be surprised if they do not, but a lot of that as it relates to these specific stories depend on if Americans have anything other than very short attention spans. It does not seem that the polling needle for Trump will move much though regarding this story or others like it. People who dislike Trump dislike him as much as they always have and the vast majority of those who voted for him in 2024 either like what he is doing and what is happening or if they do not, are willing to shrug it off and focus their minds and their consciences on other things.

     Yeah I checked that site back awhile ago.

     I found it amusing that they all supported Trump ,yet a couple of them claimed not to be MAGA ,although their views were nearly identical to MAGA.

     They also spent a lot of their time attacking each other.
