It would appear that Joseph Biden’s poll numbers are beginning to change for the better for him….
We now have a couple of poll’s that show his disapproval at 50% or lower….
This is a improving trend (if it continues) for him since the negatove numb ers where riding at around 50% for the last few months….

President Trump could never get more than 50% approval.
