Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) on Sunday dismissed former President Trump‘s rally in Ohio over the weekend, characterizing it as a gathering of people to support “a loser president.”
“It was a rally of a loser president. I mean, he’s the first president to lose reelection in decades,” Kinzinger said Sunday evening during an appearanceon CNN. “I don’t know why these people would go there and in essence ogle at and in many cases just sort of worship a loser.”
At his first post-presidential rally on Saturday in Wellington, Ohio, Trump repeated false claims of widespread voter fraud and an election “rigged” against him. He painted President Biden as incompetent and beholden to the far-left forces in the Democratic Party…

Trump attorney Ronald Fischetti says that Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance currently has no plans to charge the Trump Organization with crimes related to allegations of hush money payments or real estate value manipulations.
He claims that Vances team is considering charges only relating to failing to pay taxes on corporate benefits and those only on individual employees .
Fischetti concluded ,” it’s crazy that’s all they had.”
Of course Trumps lawyers are known as either psychos or as big a liar as he is.
So one might view this statement with a sufficient amount of skepticism.
Are you suggesting, counsellor, that the veracity of the former President’s former personal attorney (and former U.S. Attorney and Mayor of New York) cannot always be trusted implicitly ??

When asked if the meeting touched on allegations made by Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen and by adult film star and director Stormy Daniels, [Trump lawyer] Fischetti replied, “Nothing. Not a word on that.”
Fischetti also said that Vance’s team told him they will not bring charges against Trump himself when the first indictment comes down.
“They just said, ‘When this indictment comes down, he won’t be charged. Our investigation is ongoing,’” he said.
A spokesperson for Vance’s office declined to comment.
Vance’s team has told lawyers for Trump that they will proceed with charges unless persuaded otherwise today, according to The Washington Post. Fischetti told POLITICO he expects charges to come this week or next.
“It’s like the Shakespeare play Much Ado About Nothing,” Fischetti added. “This is so small that I can’t believe I’m going to have to try a case like this.”
