Not being ‘loyal’ enough to him when he breaks the rules and norms….
President Donald Trump offerered a “no comment” on whether he plans to keep Attorney General William Barr should he win a second term.
In an exclusive interview with Newsmax TV that airs Wednesday night on “Greg Kelly Reports,” Trump said it’s “too early” to determine whether he would ask Barr to come back or if he would tap someone else for the job.
Earlier Wednesday, it was reported that an investigation into the Obama administration “unmasking” the names of Trump campaign members caught up in surveillance as part of the Russia probe found no wrongdoing.
“I have no comment. Can’t comment on that. It’s too early,” Trump said. “I’m not happy with all of the evidence I have, I can tell you that. I’m not happy.”
The Washington Post reported that U.S. Attorney John Bash did not find evidence of wrongdoing with regard to the unmasking. Trump called that conclusion “a disgrace.”….

Barr needs to be more worried the leaks that will be coming if/when Trump loses the election…..

I admit I take perverse pleasure in these Republicans who debased themselves for Trump get treated with the contempt they deserve.

I just read a new book about former Reagan White House Chief of Staff and GH Bush Secretary of State James Baker.
Count Baker as one who cares nor for William Barr.
Apparently, at the end of the Bush Administration ,where Barr was in his first stint as AG, a minor scandal occurred as regards the passport of Democratic presidential candidate Bill Clinton ,whereby some Republicans were prying into his status, following up an unverified rumor that Clinton had visited Moscow in his anti Vietnam War days and engaged in some nefarious activity.
The then Special Counsel statute was about to expire .Barr decides a day before its expiration to have one appointed to investigate the meddling with Clinton’s passport by,among others, Bakers staff.
The investigation came to nothing;however, Baker ,to this day ,still blames Barr for trying to “get” Baker for perceived slights back in the early Nineties.
Barr has been issues for others for a while, eh?
No wonder Trump picked him to carry the water for him…
