Here’s what I could put together on fund-raising for the 2019 3rd Qtr….

The authoritative source is, of course, the Federal Elections Commission itself at https://www.fec.gov . But I could only find annual data, not quarterly. Someone else might have more skill at navigating this.
The top ten fundaisers for either the first 2 or the first 3 quarters of 2019 are:
1. TRUMP, DONALD J. [REP] $124,369,310.76
2. SANDERS, BERNARD [DEM] $46,491,503.24
3. WARREN, ELIZABETH [DEM] $35,654,983.51
4. BUTTIGIEG, PETE [DEM] $32,337,553.74
5. DELANEY, JOHN K. [DEM] $26,329,775.98
6. HARRIS, KAMALA D. [DEM] $25,090,947.58
7. BIDEN, JOSEPH R JR [DEM] $22,043,828.95
8. GILLIBRAND, KIRSTEN [DEM] $14,899,167.24
9. O’ROURKE, ROBERT BETO [DEM] $13,638,614.48
10. KLOBUCHAR, AMY J. [DEM] $12,710,254.28
Money raised by all the candidates running in each party is:

Delaney?
That’s really odd.

Ok…
Thanks as usual DSD….
In cumulative number Democrats have out raised the Republicans MORE THAN 2 to 1….
Interesting….
Delaney right up there , eh?
Biden #6 in Democrats….
I’d say the notion that that the amount you raise has anything to do with your standing doesn’t mean a thing….
We’re on our way to another TWO Billion dollar election….

Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign raised $24.6 million in the third quarter, beating the $19 million Warren raised last quarter, Politico reports.
Los Angeles Times: “Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders greatly eclipsed former Vice President Joe Biden in fundraising over the past three months, placing progressive Democrats on strong footing in the crucial final stretch before primary voting begins.”

Presidential candidates have until October 15th (11 days from today) to file their 3rd quarterly fundraising reports, and apparently not all of them have so far done so. I’m not sure if the FEC’s web site is showing just the first two quarters (Jan. 1 to June 30) or the total reported by September 30 or so.
Here are the top 40 fundraisers since New Year’s. I’m surprised that Joe Walsh doesn’t seem to appear yet (at least in the top forty), while hardly perennial candidate (GOP this year) Rocky de la Fuente does (just below Tulsi Gabbard but above Jay Inslee, Andrew Yang and Julián Castro),

Related: I’ve found Federal election returns for 2018 from the Clerk of the House of Representatives, who’s published them biennially since 1920.
file:///C:/Users/Owner/Downloads/2018election.pdf
https://history.house.gov/Institution/Election-Statistics/
https://transition.fec.gov/pubrec/electionresults.shtml
Unfortunately, although recent previously-available years included a spreadsheet version, the current Clerk only presents the results (1920-2018) in PDF. Unlike the FEC’s parallel reports (including spending totals) which so far cover only 1982-2016, the House report contains no percentages. So — without some very specialized and no doubt very expensive converter — transferring the results from PDF to a spreadsheet (e.g. to calculate percentages) is incredibly laborious and time-consuming.
