But IT does expose DISPLEASURE from a Miajority of US Senator’s against the President’s grabing that countries President by force , grabing oil tankers and the attacking of drug boats, with resulting deaths….WITHOUT asking for a supporting ok from the Congres, which declares ‘Wars’….Not President’s….

The five Senate Republicans who voted on Thursday to take up a resolution limiting President Trump’s power to take further military action in Venezuela made up an unlikely coalition encompassing the libertarian, centrist and more populist wings of their party.
Their decision to side with Democrats and allow the resolution to advance enraged Mr. Trump, who immediately declared that they should lose their seats in Congress. He condemned their “stupidity.”
The measure has little chance of being enacted, but in backing it, the Republican defectors — for disparate reasons — paved the way for a debate that is likely to expose bipartisan concern about Mr. Trump’s actions in Venezuela and the ways in which he and his administration have circumvented Congress on military matters….

Donald, The President of the United States of America, loses it, cursing, on the phone against the Republican US Senator from Maine , Collins , who dared to join the Democrats , voting AGAINST his ‘War’ against Venezuela, without asking for Congressional Blessings….
President Trump on Thursday laid into Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) with a “profanity-laced” phone call after she supported a Democratic-led war powers resolution over his actions in Venezuela.
According to two sources familiar, a fuming Trump dialed up Collins, the foremost Senate GOP centrist, during the vote aimed at blocking the White House from using military force against Venezuela.
“He called her and then basically read her the riot act,” one Senate GOP member told The Hill, describing it as a “profanity-laced rant” on Trump’s end.
The GOP member also noted that the call came “out of the blue” as the two do not talk frequently.
A second source familiar with the call said Trump told Collins that the resolution, which passed, 52-47, was limiting his ability to do his job as commander-in-chief.
“He was very mad about the vote,” the source said. “Very mad. Very hot.” ….
