California Governor Newsom has come out with a comical response to Trump’s media dancing on the subject of hius health…
California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D) press office mocked President Trump’s “perfectly normal” MRI results Mondaywith a fake memo signed by “Dr. Dolittle” about the Golden State governor’s health.
In a memo addressed to “The Media,” the “Physician to the Governor” from the “California Department of Peak Excellence” said advanced imaging was conducted on Newsom’s “cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, and neurological health.”
“I’m pleased to report that nothing about the Governor’s health is merely ‘normal,’” the memo reads. “Governor Newsom remains the healthiest human currently alive or recorded in medical history.”
The memo jokes that Newsom’s arteries were “described as ‘shimmering,’ and his resting heart rate was so steady the EKG machine asked if he was ‘meditating or just naturally enlightened.’” The memo added that a radiologist “briefly wondered if we’d scanned a redwood.”
“While we do not typically comment on the health of other elected officials, we are aware of a letter released today from the White House claiming that President Trump is in ‘excellent health,’” the memo read.
The memo concludes by saying Newsom is the “healthiest person alive and ever to live.”
The letter is signed, in cursive, “Dr. This Is A Joke.”….
