A Tie….
The ‘Separation of Church and State’ that early America wrestled with in getting away from the Church/Religious power is in the United States history from ‘way back in the day.’.?.
Stay’s IN Place in America…
Justice Amy Coney Barrett recused from the case probably due to her close ties to Notre Dame Law School and its religious liberties legal clinic, which played a prominent role in representing St. Isidore…’
For now?
No taxpayer dollars to help the Catholic Church teach it’s message along with reading, writing and math….

Instead, the current landscape of government funding for religious schools remains intact. Under previous court rulings, taxpayer money may be used for vouchers that fund religious schools, but public schools — including charter schools — may not include religious teachings….
…
The outcome was also welcome news for many charter school advocates, who fear that allowing religious charters would upend the legislative and political support for their model in some states. It may only be temporary, however.

…
Gabe Roth, a watchdog and expert on Supreme Court ethics, praised Barrett for recusing from the case even if it resulted in a nondecision.
“The religious charter school issue will undoubtedly return to the Court, and we’ll know Justice Barrett’s views soon enough,” Roth said in a statement. “In the meantime, I hope this example of putting ethics first is a sign of things to come.”
Note….
One assumes that IF the Catholic Church had won this?
It would also apply to Muslim and Jewish Religious School’s also….
