POV: It’s the morning of November 6th and you see this on MSNBC. What would be your reaction?

    • I would say going on Fox is actually a very smart thing to do, in regards to the message it sends to undecided voters who might not even be watching but who would give her points for a willingness to do so, and also to Fox News viewers, who are open to voting for her but reluctant based on what they hear from others

      Of course, she has to be able convey her message effectively.

  2. Correct in one aspect.

    In 2016 at this point, Trump actually was losing in every national poll and in all the swing state polls. He went on to win the election.

    That is not the case now. Most national polls are tied. A couple show a slight Harris lead. Largely irrelevant at this point. The swing state polls are mostly all tied or have Trump narrowly ahead.

      Todays polls have Harris AHEAD in several swing states….

      I’ll REPEAT…..

      Harris HAS LEAD Trumpo Nationally and EV’s since she became the Dem choice….

      Not by much….

      BUT?

      She HAS and IS AHEAD even though she does not want to cop to that for fear that her turnout will decrease….

    You continue to just make this up. When Trump talks about polls, he does the exact same thing. Must be a New York thing.

  4. You are citing a Nevada poll showing a 1 point Harris “lead” which is not a lead, since it is 1 poll.
    A three point Harris “lead” in PA (would be nice considering, but still within MOE) from several days ago now
    A one point “lead” in Michigan, which again is not a lead.

    And yet, while you mention three state polls, there are literally about 11 or 12 from the same days showing a Trump “lead” as you would define a “lead” in the seven swing states. Now, a lot of those polls are from Republican affiliated groups/projects, so not great news for Trump either.

    Nationally, which does not truly matter, Her lead is 1.5. Thank you California and New York for starters. At this point, Hillary had a national lead in the polls of about 10 points. Harris will probably need to win the national vote by 4 points to win the election.

    I know that you desperately want Harris to win. I do not blame you. I still want her to win too despite her very clear pandering to the left over the past couple days, but the situation is nowhere near as rosy as you present it. I feel sorry for you that you have to act in such a sad matter on this. If you cannot accept the reality, you should take a break until after the election. Then, if she wins (hopefully will), you can show back up here again to celebrate, and I will join you.

  5. I said “one poll” but I meant “one point.”

    Anybody who says that a poll showing a candidate “one point” means that candidate is “ahead” knows absolutely nothing about politics.
