If the so called “big boy press conference” goes badly tomorrow, or is considered lacking in scope or duration, there will be no tv interview on Friday The dam could break that day. Some Democrats are literally rooting for it to happen. Considering the stakes of the NATO alliance and what is actually going on in the world, that is a bridge too far.
This should have been over by now. Yesterday morning, it looked like resignation to Biden staying on (and defeat.) Then, somewhere along the line yesterday, the party “elite” clearly saw a bunch of polls and realized how Democrats up on down the ballot could be sunk by the Biden Disaster, and the pressure is back on.
He will be out of the race on or before July 19. Perhaps that is a way to steal the spotlight from Republicans. Read all the pieces out there though about how Trumpworld has only prepared to run against Biden and are praying he does not go anywhere.
