Personal Gun License suspended….
The New York City Police Department is preparing to revoke former President Donald Trump’s license to carry a gun, a senior police official told CNN.
Trump’s New York concealed carry license was quietly suspended on April 1, 2023, following his indictment on criminal charges in New York, the official said.
Two of the three pistols he was licensed to carry were turned over to the NYPD on March 31, 2023, and a third gun listed on Trump’s license “was lawfully moved to Florida,” the person added.
After Trump was convicted of 34 felonies on May 30, 2024, he could be in violation of multiple state and federal laws if he still possesses that third gun in Florida. CNN has reached out to representatives of Trump to determine whether he still has a gun in Florida.
Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon is a federal crime….

Trump travel….
As the first-ever former or sitting U.S. president to be a convicted felon, former President Trump faces many unprecedented questions — including whether he is barred from traveling.
The big picture: Trump is scheduled to be sentenced on July 11, and the result may determine if he’s allowed to leave the U.S. and enter other countries as a convicted felon.
- Trump has indicated he will appeal the verdict, which can only happen after sentencing.
- Even while the case is on appeal, the jury’s verdict will stand and he’ll be considered a convicted felon.
Why it matters: The outcome will be particularly consequential if Trump is reelected in November, making traveling abroad for the potential U.S. president somewhat unpredictable.
State of play: There is no blanket legal restriction on the ability of convicted felons to travel, unless instated by court order.
- That could happen if, for example, the individual is considered a flight risk…..
Note….
The original gag order IS STILL in effect….
And Trump will have to sit-down with a probation officer before sentencing …
Note….
An interesting angle on the above possible actions…
As a ex-President Donald Trump has Federal Secret Service protection ….
The agents ARE also given law enforcement powers by the State of New York…..
So?
Could they be LEGALLY bound/liable to enforce NYS Law restrictions against the guy they ‘protect’….
IN NY State , in the case of a convicted felon such as Donald J. Trump…

Trump’s Liquor Licenses Under Scrutiny After Verdict
“The State of New Jersey is reviewing whether Donald Trump’s recent convictions will impact his liquor licenses,” Forbes reports.
“Trump is the sole owner of three golf courses in New Jersey that have active liquor licenses, according to the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control. New Jersey law prohibits issuing a liquor license to anyone who has been convicted of a crime ‘involving moral turpitude.’ A state handbook explains that those sorts of crimes typically involve “dishonesty, fraud or depravity” severe enough to typically be punishable by more than a year in prison.”
