He HAS stopped attacking anyone except the judge…

Donald J. Trump is NOT attacking against the gag limits…
Today?
The DA has NOT asked for jail time for Trump….
And the judge seems reticent to put a ex-President with a big mouth and media attention in jail….
BUT?
Let’s get’s something straight….
Donald Trump probably thinks that from a entertainment and political front….
Spending time in a holding cell?
Would be a home-run…
BUT?
It seems to NOT something he REALLY wants….
It would be NO entourage
No media….
Just HIM in a cell….
Probably with the cell door left open….
Oh and on actually putting Trump in a court detention cell?
That isn’t REALLY a problem….
The Court Officers just move him out of the court into a holding cell….
The Secret Service stuff is just nonsense….
The court officers control the court environment ….
The Secret Service would just follow along, as they do right now….
And?
YES…
It WOULD BE an distraction FOR the media….

The judge could keep the trial going irregardless….

The week ended on a very high note for the DA’s office.
I cannot stress enough how much of a big fat nail in the coffin Hope Hicks was to the Trump criminal defense — she makes it incontrovertible – from a Trump loyalist- that Trump was 100% aware of the hush money agreement, not only with Karen McDougal, but also Stormy Daniels.
