Another MORE important call is in the wings for Trump….
And he’s probably NOT gonna be so happy after he thinks he’s got the nine justices on his side….
The court will rule on the ex-President’s ‘Absolute Immunity ‘ request ….
I’m no lawyer….
But I think Trump is in for a BIG surprise…..
I think the court ain’t gonna buy it….
The Appeal’s court ruling on the Trump point is STRONG and comprehensive….
It gives the Supreme’s a path to affirm their view that American President’s do NOT have ‘Absolute Immunity’ on ANY they do IN office and afterwards….
This IS Donald Trump try for a ‘Get out of jail Free’ card and he mentioned THAT today hours after the Supreme’s got his glowing kudo’s…
The justice are lawyers that shit like everyone else….
They ARE WELL aware that their ‘brand’ took a YUGE hit withb their Roe decesion and IS taking ANOTHER hit from the left on this call…
One just COULD see a move back to the middle for the court with a limited decesion on Presidentail imm immunity….
Trump would be ALL over the court and it’s justices….
But they could sit back and smile….
And replay ALL the Good Things Donadl J. Trump was saying about them….
And they could stand up and say….
‘No…We’re NOT in Donald Trump’s pocket’, eh?
After Trump lashed out at one federal judge back in 2018 as an “Obama judge,” Chief Justice John Roberts took the highly unusual step of responding.
“We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges,” Roberts said at the time. “What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them.”
Trump immediately hit back, tweeting, “Sorry Chief Justice John Roberts, but you do indeed have ‘Obama judges,’ and they have a much different point of view than the people who are charged with the safety of our country.”
No such complaint came today when two Justices Trump would brand as “Obama judges” and one he would brand as a “Biden judge” joined the others in a ruling that pleased Trump but that full court believed was consistent with the Constitution….

Legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin noted there were high tempers on the Supreme Court after it ruled Monday that Colorado could not disqualify former President Trump from the ballot under the 14th Amendment.
“There was a paradox, about today, at The Supreme Court,” Toobin told CNN anchor John King on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360,” in a clip highlighted by Mediaite. “They were unanimous, which is — in controversial cases — unusual in this Supreme Court. However, there were some pissed off justices there, you could just tell from the paper the opinions were written on.”…
