Federal prosecutors proposed a protective order referencing Donald Trump’s Truth Social post from tonight, saying it clearly references other parties and participants in the case against him, Politico reports.
Trump swore in court yesterday he would not attempt to influence or intimidate witnesses, retaliate against anyone, or in any other way attempt to obstruct the administration of justice.

Should they be worried about losing their jobs should we have a 2nd Trump admin hanging over their heads?

Intimidation is a legal wrong which usually involves deterring or coercing an individual by threat of violence. It is in various jurisdictions a crime and a civil wrong (tort). Intimidation is similar to menacing, coercion, terrorizing[3] and assault in the traditional sense…..

This is the kind of thing that DOJ alerts the court to with respect to any defendant out on bail (in this case, in 3 criminal cases, and also is a threat in civil cases like E Jean Carroll). Not addressing this will only cause it to metastasize with undue deadly risks.

The Federal filing actually points to a wotty that Trump would go after witnesses in his Jan. 6 case.
The Feds have most people who worked closely with Trump as witnesses against him.
His public comments based on Government trial evidence could be leaked in the media which could have his support ers going after people….

The judge COULD have Trump brought back to court and remaned to jail if he/she wanted to and let the Secret Service, Marshals and Bureau of Prison’s figure out how to handle it if Trump doesn’t stop threatening people….
