He’s been charged with crimes in New York City and will be arraigned for more crimes in Miami Florida on the Federal level…
(He’s asked people to come out FOR him at his Flordia arraignment, doing his standard media operation act)
He is likely to be arrested again in Fulton County , Georgia and finally could be indicted again in Washington, D.C.
That’s add’s to Trump’s ‘going BIG’ way of operation….
Media roll out 24 hours after the Justice Dept. would give one the impression that they, the Feds are on trial.…
They ARE NOT…

NOBODY is gonna defund the FBI or the US Justice Dept……

They are carrying the water for Donald Trump’s defense that he has used unsuccessfully since he LOST his only government job on November 2020….
‘Why can’t I lie, cheat, grab women, send people to help me keep my job with violence and get away with it?’
There are over a thousand people that have been arrested for carrying the water for the New York City Real Estate and Entertainer that was able to pimp an entire political party into letting him run for President….
He still has audience in about 35% of that party he and most newsworthy GOPer’s in that party are scared shitless of admitting the guy IS a crook….

Yes, they will feature legal talking heads that will point to the ‘LAW’ something Trump has no use for and will try to bury in nonsensical rants….

The criminal indictment of a former president who happens to be the leading Republican aspirant for the White House is unprecedented territory for the country. But it’s perhaps more important that this is unfamiliar terrain for Trump as well, and he has not prepared properly for the ordeal.
The biggest practical difference between civil and criminal prosecutions is that remedies in civil cases are financial penalties or injunctions. This is the padded playroom in which Trump has cavorted his entire professional life. To Trump, lawyer fees, monetary punishments and court orders — when cases come to that — are just the costs of doing business. Trump’s legal guru, Roy Cohn, taught him to draw out civil cases, wear the other side down, and never give in, a catechism that still guides him today. As Zirin puts it, Cohn taught Trump to counterattack; undermine his adversary; work the press; lie, lie and lie again; and even in the case of a loss or forced to settle, claim victory and go home….

Inside his own bleached skull, Trump must now be imagining that he can run out the criminal clock too, just as he did in so many civil cases. His trial dates are months and months distant. It would be a legal miracle to try all the cases — both filed and prospective — before the 2024 election. He must figure he can retake the White House, which, depending on what the Supreme Court says, will give him leverage to postpone his trials. He might also believe that Ron DeSantis will pardon him, which DeSantis has not ruled out. (Presidential wannabe Vivek Ramaswamy has already committed to a pardon, so Trump has that going for him.) A self-pardon has never been tested, but Trump could theoretically take that route and negate federal convictions upon returning to the White House. But he’d still be on the hook for the state offenses, which are not pardonable by the president.
A normal person would not assume they could win all four or five (or however many) criminal cases. A normal person would never put all his eggs in the single basket that says, “Win the White House, Get Out of Jail Free.” A normal person would never count on DeSantis to deliver. And a normal person would never find himself in this pickle. But Donald Trump is not a normal person.
The Cohn rules have taught him lessons that seem to be pointing to his final undoing….

Trump Says ‘They’re Coming After You’
At a political event in Georgia, Donald Trump delivered “a grievance-laced takedown of what he said was a biased federal law enforcement apparatus,” NBC News reports.
Said Trump: “In the end, they’re not coming after me. They’re coming after you — and I’m just standing in their way.”
He added: “The ridiculous and baseless indictment of me by the Biden administration’s weaponized Department of Injustice will go down as among the most horrific abuses of power in the history of our country,” he said. “Many people have said that; Democrats have even said it. This vicious persecution is a travesty of justice.”

In fact, the Clinton tapes were a private contemporaneous oral diary based on historian Taylor Branch periodically going to the residence at night and asking Clinton questions and probing his thinking about unfolding events. Branch was not paid by the government. This had nothing to do with government business. Clinton kept the tapes in his sock drawer at residence to keep them personal. Later Clinton used them to write his memoir. NOT PRESIDENTIAL PAPERS under any definition! Judicial Watch tried, unsuccessfully, to get the tapes. This is the nonexistent law Trump claims gave him the documents he stole!
