A bench warrant would be produced in state court in New York City….
If the court would get no action from Florida?
One would assume the court turns to US Justice Dept…..
That would go to US Marshal’s dealing with a ‘fugitive from justice’ charge….
One would assume the US Marshal’s would show up where ever Trump is , based on calls to the US Secret Service to ‘arrest’ Trump and return him to New York , in cuffs and maybe even in shackles in their plane…
Donald Trump maybe the ‘man’ for Republicans….
But coming back to court the above way would mean he would be treated as a flight rick and might even NOT be bailable no matter how many millions he would have…
