There is NO case against the President’s people finding government files in a Biden office and home…..
The FBI has not handled the case as a criminal case…
Attorney General Garland picking a Special Counsel isn’t gonna change the fact that Biden’s people turned found files over to government without any issues….
Biden hasn’t gone on a public campaign to get the files back….
Biden doesn’t have a personal vendetta against the FBI or judges….
This whole thing is actually media being pissed in NOT getting what it wanted…..
NOT being immediately notified of the situation…
Media lawyers, Republicans and Biden people KNOW that as a sitting President the Justice Department won’t charge him with anything, just like the situation with Trump when he was President….
Trump & Co. also know that as a civilian ex-President Attorney General Garland has no restriction in charging Trump with crimes….
So?
Joe Biden is doing the smart thing….
Keeping his mouth shut, unlike Donald Trump….

President Joe Biden was planning to launch a campaign sometime in the period after his February 7 State of the Union address before word leaked about the documents found in his home – and that remains the plan, even as White House aides and his personal lawyers answer questions about who knew what when.
The plans haven’t changed, people familiar with the discussions say. The timeframe is the same.
The president and his close-knit inner circle of advisers – largely the same circle that was tight around him as he prepared to launch his 2020 campaign – are on public lockdown as they avoid saying anything to avoid tripping any legal issues. But, they still think that – barring some major and deeply damaging revelation – this will blow over in time…

“Look back from shortly before the president launched his campaign to now, the accuracy rate of pundits’ negative predictions about him or his strategies is dismal,” said White House spokesman Andrew Bates, stressing that that he and others are taking the investigation seriously, but not the political talk around it. “Our MO, by contrast, has aged well: Tune out the noise, do the work, deliver; and remember that the president knows the American people and they know him.”…

A Biden 2020 campaign alum embraced that contrast, while also pointing out that for all the attention to the FBI’s search of Mar-a-Lago, there were no polls showing that to be a major voting issue in the midterms.
“Republicans are effectively defending a guy apprehended in a high-speed chase who then attacked the cops, and they’re going after a guy who self-reported a much less severe situation,” the alum said.
Biden’s team is moving forward confident that the president retains an inherent trust with many Americans who aren’t diehard Republicans, and that the combination of that faith and a deliberate, diligent approach will enable him to survive this situation like he’s survived others….

“President Biden said he had ‘no regrets’ on White House handling of the disclosure that classified documents were found at a private office in Washington and at his Delaware home, pledging cooperation with the Justice Department and expressing confidence that the matter would be resolved,” the Washington Post reports.
Said Biden: “I think you’re going to find there’s nothing there.”
He added: “I have no regrets in following what the lawyers have told me what they want me to do — it’s exactly what we’re doing. There’s no there there.”

Trump Claims Biden Is Getting ‘White Glove Treatment’
Donald Trump claimed that President Biden was getting the “white glove treatment” with an “establishment hack” special counsel after classified documents were found in his home.
In contrast, he said his case was being handled by a “Trump-deranged” prosecutor.
Said Trump: “There are two standards of justice in our country: One for people like you and me, and one for the corrupt political class of which there are many.”
New search yields six additional documents…
A Justice Department search of President Biden’s home in Wilmington, Del., Friday prompted authorities to take possession of six additional documents with classified markings and some related materials, according a new statement by Mr. Biden’s personal attorney Bob Bauer.
The search of Mr. Biden’s home lasted about 12 hours and “covered all working, living and storage spaces in the home,” Mr. Bauer said in the statement. The six items taken included some papers from Mr. Biden’s tenure in the U.S. Senate, where he served for 36 years. Others came from his time as vice president…..
