We read in the media about Trump looking for Special Master to go thru the stuff taken by FBI agents from the closet oin his house….
Lets take a look at this….
To GET the warrent?
The FBI HAD to tell the judge WHAT they where after….
Remember….
This wasn’t a fishing expedition….
The National Archives had ALREADY gotten a list from the Intelligence Communityand Biden White House one would think, on doucuments that went to Trump White House , but did NOT come BACK…..
It would appear that the FBI had someone/or more , who had access to the stuff and briefed the Feds ….
The US Attorney General does NOT seem like a gambling man….
Now when cops, detectives or Feds ‘take’ property?
They have to voucher whatever they collect….
In Trump’s case?
You can bet your ass that was done….
It has been several weeks since the raid occurred ….
ANYONE think the stuff picked up has NOT been examined….

ANYBODY think that the Justice Dept and FBI lawyers and Garland do NOT know what they got?
I might be just a old dog…
But it would appear to me that this is ALL window dressing….
If Merrick Garland IS gonna have his grand jury presented with information for a criminal indictment ?
He and the others lawyers have gamed this out from the inside and I’d think from outside lawyers….
No movement until after the Miodeterms on the Federal level on this….

There is another Federal probe running on the Jan. 6 Capitol incitement
There is another Federal probe running on phoney electors
And?
There is a ever widening grand jury down in Georgia on vote tampering requests and elector switching….
That is drawing in some of Trump’s nationally known supporter, one who is a US Senator….
All this from Trump is about dancing for time….

“In the nearly three weeks since the FBI searched former president Donald Trump’s Florida home to recover classified documents, the National Archives and Records Administration has become the target of a rash of threats and vitriol,” the Washington Post reports.
“Civil servants tasked by law with preserving and securing the U.S. government’s records were rattled.”
The lawyers representing the former president in the investigation into his handling of classified documents have tried out an array of defenses as they seek to hold off the Justice Department.
…Often tinged with Mr. Trump’s own bombast and sometimes conflating his powers as president with his role as a private citizen, the legal arguments put forth by his team sometimes strike lawyers not involved in the case as more about setting a political narrative than about dealing with the possibility of a federal prosecution.
“There seems to be a huge disconnect between what’s actually happening — a real live court case surrounding a real live investigation — and what they’re actually doing, which is treating it like they’ve treated everything else, recklessly and thoughtlessly,” Chuck Rosenberg, a former U.S. attorney and F.B.I. official, said of Mr. Trump’s approach. “And for an average defendant on an average case, that would be a disaster.”….

If Garland IS set to let a grand jury pass up an indictment , even indictement’s?
