The US Government had been after Trump, NOT his people, Donald Trump the civilian, NOT President for government property they KNEW he had that was NOT authorised …
The government KNEW some of the files where classified, some secret, some with data on sources and methods used by the counties intelligence community…..
This has been going on for years….

President Trump has been giving the policies and procedures in place by the government the finger since became President…

He’s gonna throw Politics, Revenge and ANYTHING he can get hands on to survive…Including trying to get his supporters us protest’s and like Lindsey Graham threats about violence like Jan.6….
IT IS VERY important that prosecutor’s in DC, Georgia and New York press on with their criminal cases…

Donald Trump WILL try to KEEP NOT following the rules and law and IS looking to come back and ‘RULE” America like his main man Putin RULES Russia, which is a communist country….
The new government filing says prosecutors will provide more information later this week. But in the meantime, it notes that even before the judge’s weekend ruling, the filter team “identified a limited set of materials that potentially contain attorney-client privileged information, completed its review of those materials, and is in the process of following the procedures” of the search warrant to handle any privilege disputes…

According to a partially redacted affidavit unsealed on Friday, the agents who conducted the search of Mar-a-Lago were seeking all “physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of crime, or other items illegally possessed in violation of three potential crimes,” including a part of the Espionage Act outlawing gathering, transmitting or losing national defense information. The warrant also cites the destruction of records and concealment or mutilation of government material.
The search is part of a criminal probe into whether Trump and his aides took secret government papers and did not return all of them, despite demands from senior officials….
Trump’s lawyers and the judge seem lost….

BREAKING: Judge to issue written ruling, not ruling from the bench orally. If Judge did not order DOJ to stop any review, that is a very good sign for DOJ.

BREAKING: Trump team in court now opposes this more detailed inventory becoming public! Tells you everything, as govt said it was okay unsealing this.
Why doesn’t Trump team want this detailed MAL search inventory made public– because it would be inculpatory, not exculpatory.

Lost in the shuffle re MAL search: Govt said it was ok unsealing its more detailed inventory, and Trump team oddly did not directly say it should be unsealed, so that should come up today in court and could give us more information about what was found– and maybe even where.

Court rightly agrees not to unseal, since Trump opposes; that is correct legal ruling as person under investigation has a privacy interest worthy of protection.

The FBI returned Trump’s passports and personal paperwork they took during the raid….
The FBI and intel people have ALREADY gone thru the stuff taken…
The judge going backwards would be impeding a on going criminal investigation, which is what Trump’s lawyers want but NOT what judges do….
