They ARE still high….
But not as high as the max numbers in the Jan/Feb months this year….
I caution…
These ARE ‘reported’ numbers…..
I am comparing these numbers with my last post on the virus numbers 10 days ago….
The number of Americans with 2 vaccine shots is reported at 51%….
The CDC is suggesting a 3rd booster shot for some Americans.…
There is an on going tussle with some about mask mandates coming back…

Among reported tests, the positivity rate was 9.4%.
The number of tests reported fell 28.9% from the previous week.
Since Dec. 14, more than 362,657,000 doses of a coronavirus vaccine have been administered in the U.S.
More than 170,821,000 people have completed vaccination, or about 51.45% of the population.

The number of COVID-19 deaths each day is still on the increase. Hopefully it will stabilize soon but there are still a lot of people who are willing to risk other people’s lives (including their own) for their own selfish reasons, regardless of how stupid those reasons may be.

This pandemic and the response to it by many Republicans, particularly Governors, and some Senators and Congress people, and the hyperbolic actions of many Republican voters, should end forever this always ridiculous claim by them to be “pro Life.”
That term was always meant to convey some faux moral superiority by those who referred to themselves as such.
I never played their game.
They are anti abortion., a legitimate political position ,but certainly not one that conveys in any way ,shape or form , any moral superiority.
