The two where tight…..
Under questioning?
Visibly annoyed…
The President defended his view of Andrew Cuomo as a Governor, not in his other actions and said by stepping down Cuomo made the right choice……
President Joe Biden awkwardly praised Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday when asked to assess the New York governor’s time in office just hours after he announced plans to resign following a report about him sexually harassing nearly a dozen women.
“He’s done a hell of a job,” Biden told reporters after taking a victory lap on the Senate’s passage of its $550 billion bipartisan infrastructure bill. “I mean, both on everything from access to voting to infrastructure to the whole range of things. That’s why it’s so sad.”…
…
Biden said that women should be believed when they make accusations about sexual harassment and sought to emphasize that he was responding to a question about Cuomo’s job on infrastructure. Collins interjected to say Biden was asked more broadly about Cuomo’s work as governor. The muddied back and forth continued on as Biden criticized the line of question….
Note…
One should remember….
Joseph Biden was in a somewhat similar place not too long ago …
He’s well aware of that one would think and does NOT want those memories coming back to haunt him….

Hochul quickly becomes one fo the most powerful women in America. If she does a good job, she certainly has a shot at running in 2022. I think a better determination will be made on that front in January. An upstate candidate could be a good for NY

My money is on Tish James
bdog says
not disagreeing with you, but a year as caretaker can change minds…she got a decent amount of time to win the hears and minds, but you will probably be right and I also think James will be the likely candidate…

Of course i could be wrong….,
But she doesn’t seem to have the ‘star power ‘ needed and she will have to contend with Cuomo left overs and the James noise
