McClellan, the lieutenant governor candidate who stopped by the Virginia Zoo in Norfolk on a tour of polling locations, observed that turnout was lighter than she expected. She worried whether Democrats in the state had gotten complacent after the Biden victory.
“We can’t let our foot off the gas because we have a competent and organized leader at the top,” she said….
