The article did say that the Russians tried to undercut Biden and his campaign, although through a rather different mix of tactics from 2016’s.

Feels like it should be a bigger story that Trump aide Michael Caputo worked with Russian spies to slander Biden and then Trump promoted him to lead spokesman for Health and Human Services during the pandemic.

However Trumps collusion with the Russians and the blind eye Republicans turned to it has regularized the conduct.
