First she dropped the fact that the state’s nursing home death’s data was not accurate….
Now she has put in place a investigative review of several women who allege that Cuomo sexually harassed them…
The piece takes a good look at woman who holds the same job Andrew Cuomo once did….And is now a national figure….
Who up to the Cuomo missteps was about trying to nail Donald Trump to the wall and going after the NRA hard….
She , like Cuomo, has her wards also….
But the consenece is that she will try to be fair in looking at what comes back to her from her top name people doing the probe….

Cuomo has appoligized for his behaviour and is contrite….
Cuomo’s polling numbers after the first reports came in iOS still above 50%
AG James’s polling numbers are higher then Cuomo’s who says he will NOT quit his job….
Nor do most New Yorkers want him to….
Cuomo IS a guy who take NO political prisoners ….
And says he will NOT quit his job….
Him possibly winning re-election is why MOST Democrats do NOT say he should quit right now….
They’ll wait to see how things go….
Oh, and we’re up to six women who are complaining in public about his behaviour….

Albany police are now involved after a former staffer claims that Cuomo sexually assaulted her. Over 60 Democrats in the state legislature are calling for him to resign. If he does not do so, he will be impeached.
james still thinks he will be reelected, just as he once thought Anthony Weiner would be elected Mayor, up until the day he quit in disgrace

….The governor’s acting counsel, Beth Garvey, confirmed the conversation, saying that she had initiated the call and reported the allegations, after a lawyer for the female aide told the governor’s office that the aide did not want to file a report.
“As a matter of state policy, when allegations of physical contact are made, the agency informs the complainant that they should contact their local police department,” Ms. Garvey said in a statement. “If they decline, the agency has an obligation to reach out themselves and inform the department of the allegation.”
“In this case, the person is represented by counsel and when counsel confirmed the client did not want to make a report, the state notified the police department and gave them the attorney’s information,” Ms. Garvey added….
