Fauci is coming down on endorsing the Joe Biden promises on dealing with the on going pandemic….
Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation’s leading disease expert, took aim at the White House’s handling of the coronavirus outbreak as the country has seen a spike in cases as it approaches winter, saying “it’s not a good situation.”
“We’re in for a whole lot of hurt. It’s not a good situation,” Fauci, a member of the White House coronavirus task force, told The Washington Post in an interview this weekend. Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said “all the stars are aligned in the wrong place as you go into the fall and winter season, with people congregating at home indoors.”
“You could not possibly be positioned more poorly,” he continued.
In a broad interview with the paper, Fauci warned of the country reaching a point where it could see over 100,000 coronavirus cases recorded daily if it does not reverse course quickly when it comes to public health practices. His comments came shortly after the country recorded a surge in COVID-19 infections last week, as multiple states have been reporting record number of cases in recent weeks.
Fauci said in the interview that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s campaign “is taking it seriously from a public health perspective,” while President Trump is “looking at it from a different perspective” by focusing on “the economy and reopening the country.”….

Fauci will be fired on Wednesday.
Other Wednesday firings may include Esper, Barr, and perhaps Wray.

Scary to think, we got this election, but then we got possibly two more months of the guy…not doing what we need to help the rest of the country…
I do think if Biden wins, some Republicans in some states will take a different tact to handling the virus as to get some favor with a Biden administration, cause like anything in Politics, it is all local…if a state doesn’t feel that it will optimize it’s relationships with the president, then it could miss out of four years of additional resources, help, money, etc from the feds.
While a nationwide mask mandate isn’t actually legal….
Biden would probably force governor’s to enact then attached to money and programs…
A Biden admin IS gonna be doing a 180 from Trump….

Biden DOES have to watch the economy….
He’ll be under pressure to not make it worst, which means NO mass state shutdowns no matter what….
MASK wearing IS the single best way to control the virus AND OTHER things…
You wouldn’t be able to implement an effective national mask mandate without some broad consensus behind you, which unfortunately seems highly unlikely a the moment.
And governors with blood on their hands like Ron De Santis, Greg Abbott, Doug Kemp and Kristi Noem have two more years in office before they have to answer to the voters (or however many voters are still left.) On the other hand, it’s not a given that should they suddenly change course, they would necessarily be able persuade the barefaced cultists among their constituents and primary-voters.

I think the Economy will sputter around for the next 6 months…but with Government stimulus hitting hard by January, the Economy will persist and then hopefully by Spring/Summer it will bust out…I think we are in for a flat winter….no growth, maybe some dips, but there will be more stimulus…how much is the real question…I am going to say the US government is goin to inject at least 4 trillion dollars into the economy…Largest single Government spending projects in history…
