The more serious worry for Donald Trump himself is the criminal grand jury investigation that started off looking at the Trump Organisation, but is now believed to be focused also Trump himself for tax fraud issues….
The Supreme Court has the case a second time….
The first time they refused to let Trump off the hook….
This time it’s about Trump tax information that AG Barr is saying should be released….
All this federal ‘I’m the President’ cover will be gone in a little more than 60 days…..
On top of all of this?
Donald Trump STILL owes the IRS at least $70 Million and with the time involved that could be up to $100 million…….If that money is due to his federal return?….He’ll owe NY State a lot of money since the NY tax forms are almost the same as the federal form…
Trump will have say over the IRS for about 60 more days…..

Two separate New York State fraud investigations into President Trump and his businesses, one criminal and one civil, have expanded to include tax write-offs on millions of dollars in consulting fees, some of which appear to have gone to Ivanka Trump, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The inquiries — a criminal investigation by the Manhattan district attorney, Cyrus R. Vance Jr., and a civil one by the state attorney general, Letitia James — are being conducted independently. But both offices issued subpoenas to the Trump Organization in recent weeks for records related to the fees, the people said.
The subpoenas were the latest steps in the two investigations of the Trump Organization, and underscore the legal challenges awaiting the president when he leaves office in January. There is no indication that his daughter is a focus of either inquiry, which the Trump Organization has derided as politically motivated.
The development follows a recent New York Times examination of more than two decades of Mr. Trump’s tax records, which found that he had paid little or no federal income taxes in most years, largely because of his chronic business losses….

A state judge dealt a loss to the Trump Organization on Tuesday, ordering the president’s company to turn over records related to a controversial property that is the subject of a civil investigation by the New York attorney general’s office.
“We will immediately move to ensure that the Trump Organization complies with the court’s order and submits records related to our investigation,” Attorney General Letitia James, a Democrat, said in a statement after the ruling.
Trump got a $21 million tax break for saving the forest outside his N.Y. mansion. Now the deal is under investigation.
The documents and communications at issue could help investigators answer questions about a conservation easement that was granted several years ago at the Seven Springs estate in suburban New York’s Westchester Country, a move that netted President Trump’s company a $21 million tax deduction…..
