Now with the Republican Party combined there is $251 Million….
But that is a little more than half the $432 Million the Biden campaign started this month off with and continues to break all kinds of records bringing in money….
Donald Trump diod say he’d kick in some money?
Come ON?
Trump use HIS money?
He, he, he….
There have been whispers about where did all the Trump donation money go?’
President Trump’s re-election campaign committee ended September with only $63.1 million in the bank despite canceling some television buys late last month, leaving him badly outmatched financially against Joseph R. Biden Jr. in the final stretch of the campaign.
New filings with the Federal Election Commission showed the extent of Mr. Trump’s cash troubles, which are severe enough that he diverted time from key battleground states and flew to California on Sunday for a fund-raiser with just over two weeks until Election Day. The president ended September with just over half as much money as he had at the beginning of the month.
While Mr. Trump’s campaign and its shared committees with the Republican National Committee have raised $1.5 billion since the start of 2019, the disclosures late Tuesday showed that his main re-election committee — the account that must pay for many of the race’s most important costs, including most television ads — had only a small slice remaining.
All told, Mr. Trump’s campaign and its shared committees with the R.N.C. had $251.4 million entering October, compared with the $432 million that Mr. Biden’s campaign and its joint accounts with the Democratic National Committee had in the bank. Some joint account funds are most likely eligible to be transferred to the main campaign committee….
Update…
Back in early September, Trump weighed spending as much as $100 million of his own money on his reelection bid, according to Bloomberg News. When asked by reporters if he planned to self-fund part of his run, Trump said, “If I have to, I would.”
But the money has not materialized. *Trump has contributed just over $8,000 to his campaign this election cycle, according to FEC data. It’s a huge difference from 2016, when Trump contributed $66 million of his own money to his first presidential bid….
*Bold from me….

Why does this remind me of Hillary Clinton’s campaigns in 2008 and 2016 ?

I wonder?
One thing…
Biden ain’t Hillary by a LONG shot….
jamesb says
Yea DSD….
Sure looks Trump is the one this time running a lousy campaign….
bdogwork says
Did he really run a great campaign last time? It was less disastrous than this one for sure…but I wouldn’t say he ran a good one…he just ran against and unlikeable candidate who had way too many flaws…but his con job worked the first time so I guess I can’t knock the Hustle
Democratic Socialist Dave says
What I was trying to hint at is that Donald Trump’s campaign this year is running short of funds (necessitating fund-raisers over canvassing voters and rallying volunteers) at nearly exactly the wrong time (for Him), just as Hillary Clinton’s campaigns did in both 2008 and 2016.
jamesb says
Ur probably right bdog….
Trump WAS lucky….

Also, when this is all said and done, I wonder of how much money of the tax payers he used to run this campaign…That White House event after Covid from the Balcony had to be paid for by us…so much shit illegal about this guy I don’t know where you begin…his taxes, his business dealings, his foreign business dealings, his use of public funds…I’d say go after him for misuse of Public Funds only because that’s our money he is fucking with…
jamesb says
Biden admin and Justice Department should send him a fucking bill….
