But the ultimate test of these vaccines will be large trials designed to test whether they are effective at preventing or reducing the severity of the disease.
The first late-stage vaccine trial, in which 30,000 people will be randomly assigned to receive either an experimental vaccine made by the biotechnology company Moderna or a placebo, is expected to begin in the second half of July. There are expected to be at least five such large vaccine trials conducted through the network over the coming months — as well as trials of other preventive measures, such as monoclonal antibody drugs….
How does vaccine testing ,a normal part of vaccine development,remotely translate into your quirky idea that this means a vaccine will go out to the public before passing through approval by the CDC etc??

We have no idea that the “vaccine”(there are like a hundred in various stages of development) will work.
My point is simple.The testing protocol is a part of vaccine development It isn’t unusual in and of itself.It is being rushed due to the pandemic we are in.It still has to prove its bona fides and be approved as effective and safe by several agencies before general release.
Your continuing insinuation that somehow this summer (in other words the next two months ) that all of this is going to happen is absurd and ridiculous.
Even the most optimistic Predictions are the end of this year with most saying next spring.You have nothing at all to base these wild statements on ,except your well known obsession with Donald Trump,often assigning some kind of “Superman” status to him that he can do all sorts of things that he plainly can’t.
