Watkins in a couple of weeks is facing a serious primary challenge from the State Treasurer for his seat. He was kind of a fluke winner last time and apparently there have been issues regarding both him and his father regarding these kind of problems for a while.
The good news for him is that there is a statute of limitations on this blog in regards to discussion of voter fraud charges.
