The object will be to try to change the ‘culture’ of confrontation and lack of tolerance that SOME cops have now…
Joe Biden HAS supported law enforcement his entire time as a law maker and Vice President….

“Defund” is the worst possible word & is ripe for right-wing exploitation. The slogan should be “Reform the police” – “Demilitarize the police” – transform, reorganize, remake the police. “Defund” is the wrong word. Biden is taking the correct position.
This IS why Biden has said what he said today….
