President Trump said he told Gov. Brian Kemp (R) he “totally” disagreed with his decision to roll back coronavirus restrictions and allow shuttered businesses such as nail salons and barber shops to reopen this week, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports.
Said Trump: “So do I agree with him? No. But I respect him and I’ll let him make his decision. Would I do that? No. I want to protect people’s lives. But I’m going to let him to make his decision. But I told him I totally disagree.”
He added: “They can wait a little bit longer. Safety has to predominate.”
Kemp has not backed down yet.
Indeed, he said he talked with Trump and told him he was still proceeding as planned.
Meanwhile these dopes protesting to open everything up immediately keep waving Trump signs.

A demonstration by several hundred Republicans took place in Columbia S.C. today demanding that the state be “reopened.”
Republican Governor Henry McMaster has authorized some minor reopenings;however, unlike neighboring Georgia, he has not opened restaurants, barber shops, salons etc.
Many of the participants when interviewed,(many were holding Trump signs) when reminded that they seemed to be protesting Trumps own policies , opined that “Democrats”:and the “media” has “forced “ Trump to order those policies.

They’ve done around 45000 tests.
The State Health Department estimates that there are around 35000 infections, although confirmed cases are only a little over 5000.
There have bern 159 deaths.

S.C. infections may have leveled off with 160 new cases reported today .New daily infections have been around 160 this past week.
159 have died.59% were Black.The State population is around 30% Black.
NY numbers are disproportionately black and of course older folks…
My guess is Cuomo will be relaxing a few things next week..But nothing to too much until he gets deaths below 250-300…
The average normal numbers vary but are 150-200 a day…
