I didn’t hear that, but I didn’t watch the speech live. Maybe he had a cold. The SOB often speaks for 3 hours straight at a rally. I would just advise you, as a Biden cheerleader, to either be willing to be above that or accept the tit for tat that will occur.

The stuff under his eyes are the “tan lines” from the goggles he uses in the tanning booth or during the spray tan. Easily explainable.
