The media HAS cheered for Sanders, then Warren, then Buttigieg and now Sanders again…
They have NEVER cheered for Joe Biden…
So what does Joe do?
He cheers for himself….
Biden HAS led the race in national polling for the 2020 Democratic nomination from the jump…
Except for Iowa and New Hampshire , two 90%+ white states?
He leads in almost all state polls also……
But you’d never know it…
Media types tend to gush over the above mentioned three….
So he’s been out there reminding the actual voters that he IS the frontrunner….
And I guess it works….
Joseph R. Biden Jr. insists he is the front-runner in the Democratic primary race. He cites polling in battleground states. He suggests that his coattails would help down-ballot candidates win around the country. And he worries aloud about how his answer to a given question might play in the news media (“No matter how I answer that, I’m going to get clobbered,” he observed recently aboard his campaign bus).
As he runs for president, Mr. Biden, the former vice president, has also taken on another role: self-appointed political pundit for his very own primary race, holding forth on the nuances and mechanics of the contest at every turn in the manner of a commentator on cable news.
Mr. Biden has always proclaimed his ability to take on President Trump, but as the Iowa caucuses near, his punditry is reaching a fever pitch in interviews, at fund-raisers and on the campaign trail. He has taken to narrating the race with an unusual level of detail, assessing not only his standing in the primary race but also how he would fare in the general election in specific states around the country.
Not surprisingly, he has a rosy view of a certain former vice president’s chances.
“I’m not counting on the polls, but the fact is that I’m ahead in every one of the tossup states by a substantial margin in most places,” Mr. Biden told reporters in Atlanta last month.

This theme of yours that the media favors loud voices if ridiculous. The media may cover loud voices, but it is not always favorable.
For the most part, a lot of the media believes that Biden is the most electable, and in an election year in which electability is very important, I would argue that Biden has gotten the most favorable coverage.

Z?
Loud voices like Trump, Sanders or others is what the media LIVES ON….
I’m glad u agree they DO cover them…
I would laugh at the idea that Biden has gotten the MOST favourable coverage…
He has NEVER been the flavour of the month and when ever he IS mentioned?
There is almost ALWAYS something negative about him , be it women, his age, gaffs, his son or how he ties his shoe laces…

Bidens coverage in the media hasn’t been near as “ bad” as you portray it.

Yeah I like Biden too (though Im not entirely sure who I will support in tbe primary) but Jsmes is so in the tank for Joe it clouds his view of how he us treated.
I see the same from some of my Bernie supporting friends. Tbey are always claiming coverage is anti Sanders, even when it’s not.

Ok….
Yea
I DO….rah..RAH…Him A LOT HERE…
That’s True….
But warts and all?
He ain’t perfect
I agree with the feeling that he’s best to put things back in the right direction…
He starts off bad
But IS. getting better
Against Trump will NOT easy even with the current predictions of him being ahead…
Truthfully?
I cannot get my head around a second Trump term…
I did put in the spending post how BOTH parties in Congress have done a bill that throttles, or least tries to , a good amount of Trump’s wishes and actions…
