Roger Stone posts a picture of his judge with a crosshairs next to her head….

The image came up on Instagram for a brief period….

Roger Stone has been defiant as the Feds closed in for what appears to be actions with Wikileaks and the 2016 Trump campaign….

This action has to be seen as stupid and threatening to US District Judge Amy Berman…..

So much for the concerns about FBI agents raiding his home enmass….

This is NOT the first time Stone may have threatened someone because of his actions and the Feds don’t take kindly to something like this….

So far there has just been a limited ‘gag order’ thrown on Stone….

Could the judge order the US Marshallsto go looking to put Stone in jail until a trial?

Former Trump campaign informal adviser Roger Stone on Monday posted a picture on Instagram of U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson — the federal judge overseeing his criminal case — with what appeared to be small crosshairs next to her head.

The post on Stone’s Instagram account was quickly deleted.

“Through legal trickery Deep State hitman Robert Mueller has guaranteed that my upcoming show trial is before Judge Amy Berman Jackson , an Obama appointed Judge who dismissed the Benghazi charges again [sic] Hillary Clinton and incarcerated Paul Manafort prior to his conviction for any crime. #fixisin Help me fight for my life at @StoneDefenseFund.com,” the post read….
