The Federal judge has indicated that he will pass down a judgement Thursday on the question of wether the Trump White House can deny a press pass access to CNN reporter Jim Acosta….
The judge asked why the White House staff pulled the press credentials without seeking a rebuttal from Acosta, which is what a previous Federal Circuit Court has ruled….
The judge, Timothy Kelly of the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., is a Trump appointee , but seemed question to actions of the Trump staff….
His decision will be presented at 3:00PM tomorrow, Thursday at around 3:00PM….

During Wednesday’s proceedings, [Federal Judge] Kelly grappled with the unusual nature of the dispute, asking [DOJ lawyer] Burnham if the White House has ever revoked a reporter’s press credentials before.
“Not to the best of my knowledge,” he said.
“How should I consider the unprecedented nature of what’s happening here?” Kelly asked in return.
CNN and Acosta asked Kelly in court to issue a temporary restraining order that forces the administration to reinstate Acosta’s credentials for the length of the order, which is 14 days, then rule later on their request for a preliminary injunction to reinstate his credentials while the parties argue the case.
The network has argued that the administration’s decision violated the First Amendment rights of both CNN and Acosta.
Kelly said he will take the arguments of both sides under advisement and will issue his decision from the bench on Thursday at 3 p.m…..
