Was a no brainer….
Donald Trump vs the media has been a loser for him even if they are addicted to his every word…
Sure the judge was a guy Trump picked for the bench…
But Trump lives in a piece of Government property…
So it doesn’t belong to him….
It belongs to the People of the United States of America…
And they have the right to have the Press/Media come to that house to ask their President questions…
Even if he doesn’t like them…
It’s OUR America…

A federal district judge on Friday ordered the Trump administration to reinstate press credentials for Jim Acosta, CNN’s chief White House correspondent.
U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Kelly, who was appointed to the bench by President Trump, granted CNN’s request to restore the press pass for Acosta, giving him regular access to the White House grounds to cover events and press conferences.
The White House revoked Acosta’s pass last week after a contentious exchange with Trump during a televised press conference the day after the midterm elections. The cable network has argued that the Trump administration’s move violated the First Amendment rights of both CNN and Acosta.
The courtroom showdown overseen by Kelly could have a grave effect on journalists’ rights to access the White House and cover the administration.
CNN and Acosta argue that the president revoked the credentials because it didn’t like the questions Acosta was asking. The government countered that Acosta’s credentials were revoked for grandstanding and refusing to surrender the microphone to a White House intern so that another reporter could ask a question….

Any first year law student could have told Trump he was gonna lose this case…
It was so stupid that even Right leaning Fox News backed Acosta, the reporter for CNN….
Donald Trump continues to have a bad month…
Maybe he’ll just pack up and quit?
Update…
The judge did NOT rule on the overall question…He actually pointed out that the White House did NOT follow a prior legal procedure in how they would handle media access…Trump actually answered questions from Acosta AFTER his mic was taken away…
A ruling on the overall question could actually be used across the country in media/government interactions…
There will be more on this if the White House wants to keep on this without settling the issue….

His planned week of vacation has been put off…
He returns to the scene of the incident a media rock star….
