   Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court.

   Vote to hear Mark Judge fails in committee, 11 R to 10 D.

   Vote to hold vote on recommending confirmation to Senate at 1:30 p.m. today passes 11 R – 8 D – 2 D (Booker & Harris) refusing to vote in protest.

     Murkowski

     Have made headlines in the past…
     But when it gets down to it?
     They ALL vote WITH the party and Trump….

       Something tells me that Silver is on to something…

       There COULD be a bit more dropped on Brett before the final vote which I now think is BACK above 50% to confirm…

           Here’s the timeline for the rest of Kavanaugh’s confirmation process:
           Friday: Judiciary Committee votes at 9:30 a.m.
           Saturday: Senate holds a procedural vote around noon
           Monday: Senate votes on cloture
           Tuesday: Final vote for confirmation

           Saturday’s procedural vote needs to pass with 51 votes – Vice President Mike Pence would break any tie. This is also where Collins and Murkowski come into play. https://politi.co/2OcG7qP
