For some she talks to everyday on the air?
There is a real fear….
And the change in things ARE gonna continue….
Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Wednesday lamented that the “American we know and love doesn’t exist anymore” because of demographic changes in the country that she blamed on illegal and legal immigration.
Ingraham was reacting to comments from Democratic House candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who described in a recent podcast interview the way the country has changed over the past few decades, including the decline of the upper-middle class.
“She’s kind of right in a general sense,” Ingraham said after mocking Ocasio-Cortez’s comments.
“In some parts of the country it does seem like the America we know and love doesn’t exist anymore,” Ingraham continued. “Massive demographic changes have been foisted upon the American people. And they’re changes that none of us ever voted for and most of us don’t like.
“Now much of this is related to both illegal and, in some cases, legal immigration that of course progressives love,” she added.
Ingraham went on to argue that Democrats oppose enforcing immigration laws, which is harming the country. She called for improved border security, the end of sanctuary city policies and the closure of immigration loopholes.
“Remember the old Democrats — maybe some of them Ocasio-Cortez is referring to — they used to think that borders mattered,” she said. “But the new activists believe enforcing immigration laws is essentially an ongoing human rights violation.”
Ingraham’s comments quickly went viral on social media, with some reporters and pundits accusing her of using white nationalist rhetoric….

So when Trumpfan was pining for an “American culture” instead of Mexican, African, or Muslim, I can’t help but wonder if he really was saying that he wanted to Make American Great Again by having a “white culture”.
THAT certainly seems like things for a lot of those on the right

Those “demographic changes” that Ingraham laments are partly the result of fewer White offspring.
In other words,lots of viewers of Ingrahams show(likely well over 95% Whites) have been reproducing at areduced rate for a good while now.
Ingraham, I presume, could encourage them to do things other than watch her show, to help out in that regard.Unfortunately FoxNews viewership is made up largely of persons over 55 whose child producing years are well behind them.
Ingraham has apparently tried to walk back some of her comments.
Fox News commentators increasingly seem to play a two track game.
Making provocative comments on their shows to appeal to their viewers,almost exclusively older White people, then ,when called on them, attempt to sort of “revise and extend “ their remarks for the wider audience.
I would remind though that Ingraham is not considered a fringe player by any means and has,in the past, served as a host at CPAC ,the premier conservative event in the country.
In my view ,her remarks would have been inconceivable a few years ago.It is indicative of the Trump”effect” on the conservative movement that she makes them now.What seemed not possible then,is now not only possible but likely in the Age of Trump.
I have known her brother Curtis for years, although not well. She is supportive of her brother, but only to a point. She still, to my knowledge, doesn’t support marriage equality. Not that it matters any longer, but I find that interesting.
She has also adopted children – from Russia. Does she think that makes America great again?
