There is simply no way he can come out of this without people having the common knowledge that he had a sexual affaiar with this woman….
Twisting and turning just makes the whole thing worst….
And prolongs Daniels making mo0ney and gaining even MORE leverage….
A lawsuit will make thing worst since Trump and his lawyer would have to sit down and answer questions that would cement Daniels case that the affair actually happened and could lead to more information on Trump’s indiscretions…
This isn’t really a big story….
We ALL KNOW who Trump is….
But he’s just giving the media more ad dollars….
I’m sure the story doesn’t really matter to his hardcore supporters….
Adult film actress Stephanie Clifford — aka Stormy Daniels — sent a letter to President Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, offering to return the $130,000 she was paid promising her silence, in order to legally talk about the alleged affair between her and Trump in 2006, reports the New York Times.
What’s next: Clifford’s lawyer set a deadline of noon tomorrow for Cohen to respond. If Trump accepts the offer, Clifford’s team will wire the money by Friday and she would no longer have to stay silent on her alleged relationship with Trump…..

“A Trump Organization lawyer, Jill Martin, is listed as counsel in an arbitration demand for Essential Consultants LLC, a Delaware company formed by Mr. Trump’s personal lawyer and used to pay $130,000 to Stephanie Clifford (a.k.a. Stormy Daniels) in exchange for her silence.”
CNN: “In addition to showing a second attorney connected with the Trump Organization having direct involvement in legal matters related to Daniels, the new documents raise questions about Cohen’s previous insistence that ‘neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford,’ though it is not known whether Martin had any involvement in the case prior to the arbitration filing.”
