The Unites States Senate has voted to send the proposed Healthcare Bill to the Senate floor by a vote of 60 to 39 (Sen. George V. Voinovich(R-Ohio) was not present and did not vote. The bargaining will now be over the public option and if it will stay in…or be triggered…..
